Is This a Good Time to Invest in Real Estate in Raleigh?

Today property prices are still low in comparison. The market is picking up and the Seller is often on the receiving end of more than one offer - and that is a sure sign that the market is improving.

Interest Rates can be fixed for 20 or 30 years and that means that you will more than likely have capital growth over that time and rental income will increase, giving you a positive cash flow and a growing asset. In my opinion, inflation must be higher than 3% to 5% over 20 or 30 years.
